1. We will hire a professional photographer to take photos and produce a virtual tour of your home. These photos and the tour will be distributed on my websites, MLS website, Keller Williams Referred Realty's main website and MLS.ca—for absolute maximum internet exposure.

 

 

 

2. We will arrange for our interior design team to tour your home and proceed with a consultation and room by room review of what will increase the saleability of your home to get the highest possible price. We will provide to you this valuable advice on how to make your property more appealing and attractive to prospective buyers.

 

 

 

3. We will conduct an Agent’s Open House and serve a yummy and mouth watering lunch, this will bring many more agents to view your home.

 

 

 

4. We will arrange our 'one of a kind' Open House Package for the public at your request. (Ask us all about this, you'll be glad you did!)

 

 

 

5. We will dedicate our database email/call system to notify all clients in our database that are looking for a similar property in your neighbourhood, in your price range.

 

 

 

6. We will also email the Top Agents in the area with photographs and virtual tour of the interior and exterior of your home.

 

 

 

7. We will assist you in completing a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) thus establishing a market value for your home, for you to  decide the reality of the market and your sale price.

 


8. We will expose your home through the Toronto Real Estate Board’s Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and provide professional Feature Sheets to be displayed at your home for all prospective buyers to seek and obtain. This will allow them to remember all the great features of your home when they have seen so many others.

 

 

 

9. We will represent your best interests in the presentation of all offers and do our duty to NEGOTIATE the highest possible price for your home in the least amount of time. (Ask us why DOM-Days on Market is an important criteria to always keep in mind)

 

 

 

10. We will always follow-up with you at least three times a week, to let you know about the agents and members of the public who have been through your house, and notify you of their feedback. We will not list your home and do a disappearing act. you deserve to be communicated about what people are saying about your home.

 

 

 

11. We must not only keep you informed regarding changing market trends and update you on relevant sales and new competition but its our duty to be up front and honest about what the market is telling us to tell you..
